Garbage drying technology facilitates resource utilization

With increasing environmental protection requirements, garbage drying technology has become an increasingly important method for solid waste treatment. While household waste is high in moisture and impurities, direct treatment is costly. Drying, however, effectively reduces its volume and weight, paving the way for subsequent incineration for power generation, composting, or recycling.

An environmental protection company from Egypt inspected our garbage dryer. To address the complex composition, high moisture content, and high impurity content of household waste, our developed garbage drying system utilizes a multi-stage pretreatment process combined with drum drying.
The front end effectively removes large debris through a crushing process. In the middle stage, high-temperature hot air is fully in contact with the waste within the drum, rapidly removing moisture. The tail end features multi-stage dust removal and exhaust gas purification to ensure compliance with emission standards.
Through efficient drying, waste is reduced in volume and weight, providing a stable source of raw material for subsequent incineration for power generation, composting, or recycling.
